Some of you may have seen this photo I uploaded onto my Instagram and Facebook page, this week.

 

 

 I have been following this lovely lady on Instagram ' Jewels_by_Kay ' for a while. I'm in love with the pieces on her page.

The piece I'm rockin' here is called "Alicia".. (very fitting!) I love it, it completely made a simple outfit stand out. My other half said "That's a nice necklace, the gold part looks very medieval." I thought it was so adorable but I knew exactly what he meant.

Statement necklaces aren't something that I have been into... (In general!)

I've never really liked Accessories.

Recently, I've been buying a few bits from the sales and giving them a go and what a difference it has made to my outfits!! I know people say jewellery can change your whole outfit up etc but I was never interested. Now however, I've started wearing statement necklaces and I've kinda got a little obsession with them..ha! (It's always the way!)

I know for a fact I'll be ordering more statement necklaces. Everywhere I go, I'm on the lookout.

I'm yet to find something like this. I remember seeing this online years ago and till day, I always remember it. One of the best I've ever seen. Stunning!

Harrods is a luxury department store in the centre of London. For those who have never been, it's really great! I walk around like I own the place everytime I go haha (I wish!)

It got me thinking though.. If I could actually afford to buy handbags and clothing from there.. What would I buy? I will do a double post on this, discussing two different designers.

I dedicate my first post to HERVE LEGER dresses!

The celebrity world seem to love these dresses with a passion. 

They are skin tight and look as though the suck everything in,

From shade to style, it looks great. I would never have imagined that I would ever like chic skin tight dresses, but I'm happy to say after going from a size 14/16 to now a 8/10.. I look at dresses like this and think.. THIS might actually suit me!!

Hey dolls! Is it me or is this week REALLY dragging. Bring on the weekend! I just need to catch up on sleep and gym sessions!

So.. I was watching the Jennifer Hudson/Ne-Yo/Rozay video for "Act like a woman.." I fell IN LOVE with Jennifer's stylist & make-up artist. The outfit is something I would love to wear as well as her hair & make up.. just so spot on!

I couldn't find a better up close pic than this one above. She wears a gorgeous pair of black boot type heels to accompany this outfit. Gorgeous!

Kim Kardashian wore a very similar style last year, I blogged about it as soon as I saw it lol
I love this look!

I'm a big fan of curling my hair & smokey eyes when I dress up for a night out etc So these looks really appeal to me. P.S. Jennifer Hudson looks so damn beautiful! Good on her!

I've spotted on Twitter that Kim Kardashian has recently taken a trip to Dubai to open a Milkshake place.. I've not really looked into it but it's something along those lines.
Anyway, I'm not bothered about that. All I care about is the FASHION!

Her Dubai wardrobe is amazee!! & really suits her. But then again, Everything seems to suit her (Very Lucky!!)

I go on the Daily Mail website nearly everyday and these girls are ALWAYS on it. Most of the time, I sit there ADMIRING their outfits.

My body is super curvy like Kim's, It's lovely to be slim and have curves but god, it's a pain and very difficult finding the right outfits. So, I always have a look at the styles and types of clothing she goes for to give me an idea of what would suit my own body shape!

I absolutely LOVE some of the outfits I have recently seen.

The smokey look will always be IN! It's a classic look and looks so stunning. 
It can be done in so many different ways, with a mixture of so many different colours.


Celebs are always rockin' this look on the red carpet. It's definitely one of my favourite looks.

So, I thought I'd do my own version of the smokey eye. I wanted to go for a subtle smokey eye today.

My camera never captures the actual look, this looks very plain jane!

Base: Mister Light corrective pen by Givenchy.

Bobbi Brown Gel Liner

Inner corner: YDK by Urban Decay

Middle: Satin Taupe by MAC

Outer corner: Perversion by Urban Decay

I used Black Gel Liner as a base for the smokey eye as it helps to keep the colour on as well as add depth to the smokey look. Great tip! I got this tip from two lovely bloggers Saira Saira's blog. & Ayshe Ayshe's Blog. Make sure you check their blogs out :)

Simpler 'everyday' smokey look.

You can make this look even smokier by adding & blending the darker shade in a bit more :)

I've been wanting to do a post about this since the very day I heard about it. The Kardashian's are releasing a Nicole OPI collection later this year.


I personally cannot wait to buy some of them! The names are crazy lol My favourite colour and NAME has to be "Khloe had a little Lam Lam" It made me laugh so much when I read that!

Afternoon all. When I found out that Kimmie was visiting the Oxford St Debenhams, I was very jel. I sooo wanted to be there today.
So, I just got back from work, and had a look on the net to see photos of the launch of her Fragrance.
Thankfully, it's now available here in the UK. I've been dying to smell it, to see if it's actually nice (It must be, as its sold out everywhere in the States)

I absolutely LOVE bold colours at the moment. Cheryl Cole wore similar colours at the X Factor auditions. But, I really don't think Kim's outfit looks nice on her. Opinions fashionista's!?

The new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashian's is only FOUR short days away. I'm not as excited as I thought i'd be. But I will still be tuning in to see how Kris Humphries proposed :) d'awwww.

Afternoon all, One of the comments a lot of people made when I asked for feedback was how they loved my random posts about my likes & dislikes to get to know me that little bit better. So here we are, ROUND 2 hehe.

1. Affection.

Kisses, Holding hands, Cuddles. I'm in Love with it all. Just a lil romantic x x x

2. Cocktails with Friends.

I love having a good catch up with my friends, especially now after finishing Uni, some are married, some have cutie babies, & some are busy working away. It's lovely when we all get together, and it's even better when you're drinking pretty cocktails ;)

3. The Beach.

 I visited Great Yarmouth & Skegness a lot as a kid! I've always wanted to live on the coast! Hopefully in the future i'll move abroad & live right by the coast. It's so relaxing and looks beautiful!

4. Eye Make-Up.

I adore eye make-up more than anything. I have quite big eyes, so i've always worked with the eye area more than lips, cheeks etc. Winged eyeliner is my absolute favourite!

5. Handbags :)

I love being a girly girl. I'm all about Shoes, Handbags & Cosmetics. I need a Chanel in my life lol x

6. The thought of Travelling around the world.

One day, I would absolutely love to travel to the US, I want to visit San Francisco, New York, Miami. I honestly think I was born to be American haha My sister has nicknamed me 'Hollywood' because I walk around like i'm some sort of star, and I say the word 'Like'.. A LOT!

 I'd love to visit Paris, Mexico, Thailand and India too!

7. Working Out.

The past four months I have been working out a lot! It's great for taking your mind off things, stress relief and obviously keeping you fit! I've lost pounds and I feel great.

These days I can't sit still without thinking 'Hmm.. I fancy going for a long walk' or 'Hmm.. Trip to the gym? Oh, go on then!' I love the way i feel, and I love that i'm buying smaller sized clothing too! The best feeling ever!!

8. Frank Ocean

I can't even explain how much I love this guy's music at the moment. His album 'Nostalgia.. ULTRA' is just something else. I've been listening to him for the last two months now.

So impressed, and so obsessed lol

 His songs 'Novacane' & 'Swim Good' are SO worth checking out!! Thank you Reggie Yates of Radio1 for introducing this guys voice to my ears :)

9. Bikini's.

Yep, its Kimberly in yet ANOTHER bikini. Only difference this time is that i LOVE this Bikini!

 I've already got in touch with Beach Bunny Swimwear about it hehe I think I might get this as a birthday present in a few months time. I'm working so hard for a 'bikini bod' so why not celebrate by treating myself to a stunning Bikini ;) x x

10.  Summer Make-up Collections.

I love looking for new eye shadow shades for the summer, as you all know, I love eyeshadows! This palette is amazing! Perfect for the summer! Go Givenchy!! I will be doing a big review of their Summer collection very soon so keep an eye out :)

Can you believe this family are coming back with the SIXTH series of 'Keeping up wth the Kardashians'!?
I'm very excited to see what goes on, although nothing can really top the first few series. I think a lot of it is pre-planned now which kinda sucks. The first few series were so 'normal'

I absolutely LOVE the photoshoot for this series, especially the one with the Gorgeous Tigers. Stunning!
The show Premiere's in June :) My summer is sorted hehe.

Last night was the Kid's Choice Awards. I saw this photo earlier and I just had to write up a little post about it. Kylie, Kim, Kendall & Kourtney looked stunning as per usual. 
I'm dedicating this post to Kourt's dress though.
I love the Colour & the Style. The fit is just perfect, I seem to love a lot of the clothes I see her wear on "Kourtney & Kim take NYC"
I hope I can find a dress very similar to this to wear this Summer :)

1. My Blackberry (Millie) Yes, I named her. I can't go anywhere without her :) x

2. My Family & Friends. Life would be rubbish without my loving family & gorgeous, funny, psychofreak-ish friends hehe I do love them more than anything. x

3. Love/Romance. If you read my recent post about the most Perfect Night In, You'd already know that most of my DVD collection is filled with Romantic movies. 

I love watching & reading about the most amazing Love stories. I can't help it. Just a sucker for Love. 

4. Pampering. I take pride in making sure my nails always have a decent polish with no chips, my hair looks neat etc That's probably because i'm a little Obsessive, Compulsive. eek. But hey, that isn't a bad thing at all. It's the perfect time to spend with your girls or your mum/sister etc.

5. The Kardashians. EVERYONE knows how much I love them. I think they're fab Fashion & Style icons. I love that they embrace their curves and considering they live in LA, thats rare.

6. Jersey Shore. I don't really watch many British shows in all honesty. Not a fan of any soaps, But I am addicted to American Shows. I have to have my fix of Jersey Shore at least once a week :) Oh & I love Pauly ;) x

7. Nando's My mum tells me off so much for going to Nando's so often. I must go about three times a month. I know some of my readers don't live in the UK, so i'll explain hehe It's the best Portuguese Spicy Chicken restaurant here in the UK. Its so good! I practically live there..hehe oopsie.

8. Starbucks. Caramel Macchiato. Enough said. I don't have a Starbucks in my hometown, so I make sure I go to one every time i'm in Milton Keynes or at The Bullring x

9. Eyeliner. I own a lot of make-up. But I don't wear a lot on a day to day basis. But one thing you won't ever see me without is Eyeliner. Even at the GYM, I've always got Eyeliner on.

10. MUSIC! What would life be like if we had no music? I love anything & everything. I'm obsessed with going to gigs. So far i've been to see Red Hot Chili Peppers, JLS, BLUE (haha), Melanie Fiona, Alicia Keys, J.Cole, Drake & Bruno Mars. Not bad hehe x

One thing I noticed after watching 'Live From the Red Carpet' on E! was the amount of Curvier figures :) THANK GOD! These girls have finally got it into their heads. Curves are IN!
