Philosophy of Life - MUST READ!

Hey beauts. I was sitting in a room at the School I work at today and spotted this.. Reading this just put life into perspective.

I just wanted to share it with you, it's lengthy but worth a read.

"A meteorology professor stood before his Meteorology 101 class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty glass mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a jar of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open spaces between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar and of course the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous yes.

The professor then produced two cans of beer from under the table and then proceeded to pour the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the grains of sand. The students laughed.

"Now," said the professor, as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things -- your family, your partner, your health, your children, your friends, your favorite passions -- things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

"The pebbles are the other things that matter, like your job, your house, your car. The sand is everything else -- the small stuff.

"If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for your life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner out dancing. Play another 18.

"There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first -- the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the beer represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of beers."

Glamglow - Mud to Foam Cleanser - REVIEW

I was SO excited to hit Sephora when visiting America. I went to one in Chicago and another in Seattle. ( It was my first time in the States after-all ;-) )

I visited Sephora with the intention of buying the Glamglow Supermud treatment, the price was roughly the same as it was at home. I then saw this and thought
" Ooooooooooo...something new!" and purchased it straight away.

I purchased the "THIRSTYCLEANSE" Cleanser as my skin is quite dry. Can I just mention this as one of my first points before I review this product thoroughly..

This Product is..
Paraben - Free (Preservatives)
Sulfates - Free (Ingredient used in Industrial Cleaners)
Phthalates - Free (Chemical used in Plastic)

Thirstycleanse contains "Rare Brazilian Yellow Clay" which is known to add natural color to a product as well as pulling the impurities out of the skin without taking away the moisture.
Pure Green Coconut Water - great for hydration.
Olive Milk - Gives skin a smooth texture.
Plumeria Blossom Extract - rich in Omega oils

Packaging
Typical of Glamglow, the packaging is fantastically presented. Bright & Bold. However, I really wish they would use less packaging and add more product. This goes for their masks too.
Thankfully, the cleanser contains 150g of product which is not too bad for the price you pay.
As you can see above, the bottle has a pump!! YAY - super hygienic!

Price
I paid $39 which works out at about £25-26.
I think this product is quite reasonably priced. I use one pump every-time I use this product. Compared to their masks, this product lasts longer and costs less.

Product
The product is very light on the skin until it is rubbed in, it then eventually becomes quite rough as it buffs away at the skin gently.
This product smells AMAZING! The coconut scent really comes through which is lovely, I love anything "coco-nutty"
I rub this in for a few a minutes until I know I can't rub it in any more.
I then wet my hands a little and use my wet fingers to massage the product into my skin a little more before completely washing it off.

I have used this product for the last 4 weeks. I would say I use this around 4 times a week. I usually use it when I have a full face of make up. It really takes away the impurities without stripping my skin.
I would really advise purchasing this!
